EFT Tapping Videos

As you might have seen with Gary Craig’s EFT DVDs, A great way to get started with EFT is by watching Videos and tap along. I have created a free video library that gets updated frequently, so you have a resource to come to, learn and borrow benefits. You must agree to the disclaimer on this website before watching and tapping along!

Please also download the tapping chart for your reference!

Have fun and please leave feedback!

  2. Margaret,
please watch the videos on this page in the “get started” section. They are a great way to begin!

  3. Do you have any EFT’s for rheumatoid Arthritis? Thank you. Very interesting site.

  4. Hi Lindi, when tapping on RA, you can ask yourself: When did this start? What happened before this started, that might have triggered this? Was there emotional trauma around that time? From an energy point of view, an AI issue can be seen as the body fighting itself, you fighting yourself. This would probably not happe if there was not some possibly traumatic reason for this. It is important to clear these up, and EFT is a great tool to clear emotional trauma.
    Hope this helps

  5. Ingrid – I am 52 and been searching from something that makses sense of my life for as long as I can remember. I found The Secret and Law of Attraction books and then a link to your work through some references in them. I have really started to switch on to myself and my potential and have for the last 4 or 5 days been using your start the day with EFT video. Thank you so much. I can tell by watching you how centred you are, how earnest and sincere you are and that helps too for a beginner. Thanks again. Do you ever come to Scotland or UK to teach/coach?

  6. Dear Jon, thank you so much for your kind note. I am grateful that my videos are helpful to you.
Yes, EFT is a very powerful tool.
I do offer EFT sessions over the phone or via SKYPE. This is a great and very inexpensive way to connect. Please email me to let me know if this interests you. I am looking forward to hearing from you!

  7. Nice read, I just passed this onto a colleague who was doing a little research on that. And he just bought me lunch because I found it for him smile Thus let me rephrase that: Thank you for lunch!

  9. Hi Ingrid! I see that someone asked for a EFT for diabetes and I don’ see the answer. I have this same problem. Can you help? Thanks. Polycarpe

  10. Just like any other disease, you need,of course work with a doctor. However, I have seen many benefits when using EFT: I have seen blood pressure drop significantly, people being able to see much better, even when the visual issues were caused by high blood sugar, I have seen the body react directly and very positively to the tapping. We even have studies that show cortisol drop after tapping.
Many people connect diabetes with a “lack of sweetness and kindness in life”. I would definitely tap on whatever might cause these feelings. I would use EFT as much as possible to make sure that you clear up anything that may be in the way of your healing.
I personally believe that my consistent tapping also got me through the chemotherapy I had to take 8 years ago, as the doctors were not able to explain why I had such minimal side effects. So, my answer would be: Please do tap on whatever may have caused or contributed to this. Any negative feeling, fear, overwhelm or lack of sweetness and kindness. Monitor your blood sugar levels and please post your results here. Please email me if you need help with this! Much Love
