EFT Tapping Videos

As you might have seen with Gary Craig’s EFT DVDs, A great way to get started with EFT is by watching Videos and tap along. I have created a free video library that gets updated frequently, so you have a resource to come to, learn and borrow benefits. You must agree to the disclaimer on this website before watching and tapping along!

    Hi Lindi, when tapping on RA, you can ask yourself: When did this start? What happened before this started, that might have triggered this? Was there emotional trauma around that time? From an energy point of view, an AI issue can be seen as the body fighting itself, you fighting yourself. This would probably not happe if there was not some possibly traumatic reason for this. It is important to clear these up, and EFT is a great tool to clear emotional trauma.

    Ingrid – I am 52 and been searching from something that makses sense of my life for as long as I can remember. I found The Secret and Law of Attraction books and then a link to your work through some references in them. I have really started to switch on to myself and my potential and have for the last 4 or 5 days been using your start the day with EFT video. Thank you so much. I can tell by watching you how centred you are, how earnest and sincere you are and that helps too for a beginner. Thanks again. Do you ever come to Scotland or UK to teach/coach?

    Yes, EFT is a very powerful tool.
