I was told this week that the Military deals with the well being of the soldiers internally and they don’t need outside help. Given the 18 suicides per day that the military has to justify these days, I find this policy to be questionable. I know massage therapists, chiropractors and business owners who are happy to donate free services to Veterans and their families. At the same time, I have talked with many soldiers who wish that someone would help them, but they simply don’t know what is possible and available. It is my sincere hope that the chain of command will overcome their fear of civilian supporters and accept and communicate the help that is readily available for the troops and their families.Read More

In Theater, many soldiers experience a kind of adrenaline rush and freedom in a way that is rather impossible to have at home. After returning home, many soldiers report that they feel like everything here is in slow motion. With EFT, we can help relax and adjust in a surprising and appropriate way.Read More
When working with unforgivable trauma and despair, I find it important to not offer excuses for what happened. In my experience, Veterans don’t want to hear that there is something good about a kid that died in a cross fire, about the accidental death of civilians, or anybody, for that matter. Instead, we use EFT to find peace with what happened. Having released the trauma and overwhelm allows the Veterans to take charge in a new and powerful way.Read More
